CAUSEThis issue occurs because the Microsoft Exchange Address Book service (MSExchangeAB) does not use the pFContacts attribute to build internal dictionaries. The pFContacts attribute contains the contact information of the mail-enabled public folder. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install the following update rollup: 2685289
