Symptoms
Assume that you use an external email account to send a recurring meeting request to a recipient in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 1 (SP1) environment. For example, you use a Hotmail account or a Gmail account to send a recurring meeting request. In this situation, certain properties, such as the PidLidClipStart property, and the PidLidClipEnd property of the recurring meeting request are missing in the recipient calendar. When this issue occurs, the recurring meeting may not visible on the BlackBerry mobile device of the recipient.
Cause
This issue occurs because Exchange Server 2010 considers the recurring meeting request from external email accounts as a calendar item. Therefore, certain properties are not promoted.
