Symptoms
You cannot move certain mailboxes from a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 server to a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 server. Additionally, the following error is logged in the Application log on the Exchange Server 2010 server:

Cause
This issue occurs because the mailbox contains a search folder that has an access control list (ACL) property set. However, the operation to change the ACL property is blocked when you move the mailbox.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:

Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Workaround
To work around this issue, manually export mailboxes from an Exchange Server 2003 server to a personal folder (.pst) file, and then import the .pst file to an Exchange Server 2010 server.
