SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You use Microsoft Outlook 2010 to open a shared calendar to which you have permissions. Then, you send a meeting request from that shared calendar to a resource mailbox that is configured for Direct Booking. In this scenario, you receive a notification that the resource was successfully booked. However, when you click OK in the warning dialog box, you receive the following error message: The operation failed. The meeting is successfully added to the calendar of the resource mailbox. However, the meeting is not added to the shared calendar. CAUSEThis issue occurs when the following conditions are true:
