SYMPTOMS

Diagnostic reporting indicates that you are running Exchange Server 2010 in the initial release version (RTM).

Support for Exchange Server 2010 RTM ends on October 11, 2011.

Upgrade your server to Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 1 or later.
