SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. You configure email policy settings in Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010. You configure email policy settings in the Microsoft Forefront Protection 2010 for Exchange Server Administrator Console, and these policy settings are not configured in the TMG 2010 environment. In this scenario, you receive a message that states that the "e-mail policy configuration" is reapplied.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install the service pack that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

STATUS
