Error message when you use the "Folder.Bind" method in an Exchange Server 2010 environment

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Folder.Bind method of Microsoft Exchange Web Services in an Exchange Server 2010 environment, the method does not run successfully. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
One or more of the folder properties specified could not be retrieved.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because certain properties of the mailbox folder are corrupted. Therefore, the Folder.Bind method throws an exception.

To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
