SYMPTOMSYou have Microsoft Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG) 2010 installed on a server that is running Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (SP1). When you run the Direct Access Configuration Wizard, you receive a notification that hotfix 977342 is missing. This issue occurs even though the hotfix is included in SP1 for Windows Server 2008 R2. CAUSEThis issue occurs because Windows Server 2008 R2 does not identify correctly that the hotfix is already installed as part of Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install the rollup package that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article: 2647899
