Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:
-
You use Firefox to sign in to Microsoft Outlook Web App (OWA) in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment.
-
You change your password and then click Save.
In this scenario, the following dialog box appears. However, the OK button is not displayed.
Your password has been changed. Click OK to sign in with your new password.
Note When this issue occurs, you can click My Mail to be redirected to the Outlook Web App authentication page.
Cause
This issue occurs because Outlook Web App does not check the browser type to decide whether to display the string in the dialog box. However, Outlook Web App checks the browser type to decide whether to display the OK button. Therefore, the string in the dialog box appears without the OK button in Firefox.
