Summary
This article describes that a country-specific update is available for the Domestic Tax Transactions report in Italy in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
This update makes the following changes to the Domestic Tax Transactions report for reporting transactions for fiscal year 2011:

Transaction thresholds
You can set up thresholds for transactions for which an invoice has not been issued. The threshold is €3,600 for the year 2011 for transactions for which an invoice does not have to be issued. All transactions that are over this threshold must be reported to the authorities as a part of this report. Because the threshold can change for different periods, you can save the From and To validity dates for the threshold amount. To do this, follow these steps:-
In the General Ledger, expand Setup, expand Sales tax, expand External, and then click IT Domestic tax report threshold.

Update the new thresholds for the transactions for the year 2011.

Set up the new threshold for transactions that do not have an invoice for the year 2011.

Improvements in the handling of credit notes
Credit notes that are issued in the reporting year must be included in the report. Credit notes that are connected to an invoice within the same reporting period are tied together with the invoices, and the total threshold is calculated on this base. The credit notes that have an original invoice in a different reporting period must be reported separately and as part of Record Type 4 or of Record Type 5 in the ASCII file. -
Selection criteria related to tax parameters
You can include or exclude tax-related parameters in the Domestic Tax Transactions report.
