Log Name: Application Note When this issue occurs, users who are using Outlook cannot access the Exchange Server 2010 mailboxes for a short time. CAUSEThis issue occurs because the Exchange RPC Client Access service cannot handle the SocketException exception that may occur when the service sends UDP push notifications to Outlook 2003.
