A user cannot log on to a mailbox that is full by using Outlook Web App in an Exchange Server 2010 environmentArticle ID: 2705647 - View products that this article applies to. SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario:
You've exceeded the storage limit for your mailbox. Delete some items from your mailbox. Additionally, because the user cannot log on to the mailbox, the user cannot delete email messages. Therefore, the user cannot reduce the size of the mailbox. CAUSEThis issue is caused by a QuotaExceededException exception that occurs if the IPM.Configuration.OWA.UserOptions object exists when Outlook Web App tries to save the Outlook Web App configuration settings of a user whose mailbox is full. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install the following update rollup: 2685289
