INTRODUCTION
Microsoft has released an update for Microsoft PowerPoint 2013. This update provides the latest fixes for the 32-bit and 64-bit editions of PowerPoint 2013 and Office Home and Student 2013 RT. Additionally, this update contains stability and performance improvements.
Issues that this update fixes

Assume that you save a .ppt file as a custom PowerPoint template (.potx file) in PowerPoint 2013. When you click the New command under the FILE table, the custom PowerPoint template is not displayed.

You cannot create a macro that reuses the TableInsert command in PowerPoint 2013.
