Microsoft distributes Microsoft SQL Server 2012 fixes as one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2012 fix release.

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

  • You create a subscription to distribute a report that is delivered by email message in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services (SSRS 2012).

  • You set the priority of the email message to Low or Normal in the email delivery settings for the subscription.

In this scenario, you receive a Normal priority email message if you set the priority of the email message to Low, and you receive a Low priority email message if you set the priority of the email message to Normal.

Note This issue does not occur if you set the priority of the email message to High.

Cause

This issue occurs because of an incorrect mapping in the code.
