Symptoms

Assume that you minimize a Microsoft Lync 2010 instant message (IM) conversation window after you chat with another user. Then, the user sends a file to you by using Lync 2010. In this situation, you do not receive notification of an incoming file transfer.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, install the following cumulative update:
