After you use a Polycom CX500, Polycom CX600, or Polycom CX3000 telephone that is running Microsoft Lync Phone Edition for about two years, horizontal white lines appear on the telephone screen.
Note When you update the LCD driver, the issue may be resolved or eased.
To resolve the issue, install the following cumulative update:
