Issue 2Assume that you have a .NET Framework 2.0 SP2-based or a .NET Framework 3.5 SP1-based application is signed with a signature that uses a certificate. The serial number of the certificate is 00. In this situation, a System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException exception occurs when the application verifies the signature. Additionally, the application cannot start.
