Resolution

For most new Office product, your account page (http://www.office.com/myaccount) on Office.com provides options for getting back-up media (DVD) or to download and install Office again. Click the option under the Office suite you have to learn more:

For Office Home & Student 2013, Office Home & Business 2013, or Office Professional 2013

Sign in to your account page on Office.com (http://www.office.com/myaccount), choose Office for Windows from the drop-down menu and click Install. For more options, choose Language and install options to change the language and choose between the 32-bit and 64-bit version of Office.

Important These Office suites are for home use on one PC and can't be installed on multiple PCs.

Sign in to your account page on Office.com (http://www.office.com/myaccount), and choose Install from a disc under Account Options. You'll have the option to purchase a disc or to burn a disc.

Important You'll see a product key to the right of your options. This product key is different than the one you may have got when you first bought Office. You'll need this product key to complete installing Office with the DVD.

For more options, choose Language and install options to change the language and choose between the 32-bit and 64-bit version of Office.

Important You can install the Office 365 Home subscription on up to 5 PCs or Macs. The applications available for Mac users and the version numbers may be different from those available for PC users.

There are no back-up media options for Office 365 subscription suites. You'll need to be connected online to download and install Office on another PC or Mac.
