This article describes the issues that are fixed in the Microsoft Access 2013 hotfix package that is dated December 10, 2013.

  • Assume that you use Access 2013 to create an Access Web App that has a table on a computer that is running Windows 8.1. Additionally, assume that the table contains a currency field. When you open the Access Web App, you receive the following error message:
    Access Services: an error has occurred.

The dates and the times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) in the following table. When you view the file information, the date is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
