If this happens on all websites

Reset Internet Explorer to its default security settings
  1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab, click Default Level, and then click OK.
Clear your temporary Internet files to free up space
  1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
  2. On the General tab, click Delete.
  3. In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, click Delete, and then click OK.

If you still can’t see pictures, get help from the Microsoft Community online community.

If this happens only on a specific website

Turn on Compatibility View
On the address bar, click the Compatibility View button.
