Issue 1

Consider the following scenario:

  • You install this update on a computer, and then you subscribe to a workspace.

  • You uninstall the update from the computer.

  • You try to unsubscribe from the workspace.

In this scenario, the operation fails, and the workspace remains registered.This issue occurs because the Windows 7 cannot delete the registry keys that are created by this update.To work around this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, type regedit.exe in Start Search box, and then press Enter to start Registry Editor.

  2. Browse to the following location:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Workspaces\Feeds

  3. Find the registry key in which the URL value matches the URL of the workspace feed that you want to remove.

  4. Delete the registry keys that you find.

For example, you can delete the registry key by using the following command:reg delete HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Workspaces\Feeds\{A6851E3B-B228-4EEA-A01E-8D3968CDA34F}
