Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You install a V4 printer driver on a Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012-based computer.

You open the Print dialog box in an application. Then, you click the Preferences button to open the Printer Extensions dialog box for the driver.

You click the window of the application.
-
You click the Printer Extensions dialog box.
In this scenario, the Printer Extensions dialog box freezes for some time.
