Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You sign in to a device that is running Microsoft Lync Phone Edition. The device is not connected to a computer.
  • You lock the device.
  • You answer an incoming call by using the device.
In this scenario, a record of the call is missing from the call logs of the device.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install one of the following cumulative update:

  • 2889243 Description of the cumulative update for Lync Phone Edition for HP 4110 and HP 4120: October 2013
