Symptoms
When the SSL offloading for Outlook Anywhere feature is enabled on a Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 Client Access server, the memory usage of the MSExchangeRpcProxyAppPool application pool increases gradually. Eventually, the application pool reaches the memory limit, and it stops accepting new incoming connections. Additionally, users experience an Outlook connectivity issue until the application pool is recycled.Note You can run the Get-OutlookAnywhere cmdlet to check the SSLOffloading attribute.
Cause
This issue occurs because a resource leak of application domains occurs in the application pool if the SSLOffloading value is set to True.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following service pack:
