Symptoms

Assume that you run a Silverlight for Windows Embedded (SWE) application for Windows Embedded Compact 7 on a Windows Embedded Compact 7-based device. You apply the hotfix KB2923539 to the device. In this situation, the displayed items in a data-bound ListBox control are not correctly synchronized with XRObservableCollection that is bound to the ListBox.ItemsSource property.

This issue occurs either when the DataContext property is set to NULL or when Clear() is called on the XRObservableCollection. However, the ListBox.Items collection returns the correct number of items in the list.
