When you send a color presentation that was created in Microsoft PowerPoint to Microsoft Word, and if the presentation is in "Black and White" or "Grayscale" view, the slide images in Word appear in color. In earlier versions of PowerPoint, slides that are sent to Word in Grayscale view appear in black and white. WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, change the color scheme of your presentation to grayscale before you send the presentation to Word. To do this, follow these steps, as appropriate for the version of PowerPoint that you are running. Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 and Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003
