Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have a computer that is running Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, or Windows Server 2012 R2.

You browse to the Netflix website in Internet Explorer.

You sign in to Netflix.
-
You select a movie that you previously watched, and the movie has a bookmark.
-
You resume playback from the bookmark.
In this situation, playback fails, and you receive error code H7353.
Note This issue does not occur in the Netflix Windows Store application.Resolution
