Symptoms
This issue occurs in the following scenario:

You add a contact who has one or more telephone numbers and email addresses in Microsoft Outlook 2010.

You install a March 2014 update for Microsoft Lync 2013 or Microsoft Office 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
-
You search the contact in Lync 2013.
-
You open the contact card of the contact in Lync 2013.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following update:
2881070 August 2014 update for Lync 2013 (KB2881070)
