When you attempt to print a Web page while you are browsing the Internet with Internet Explorer, the Web page may not print.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you do not have the Unicode option as the selected default encoding language in Internet Explorer. To see this option, on the View menu, point to Encoding.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue:

For more information about encoding languages, click Contents and Index on the Help menu, click the Index tab in Internet Explorer 5.5 Help, type the following text
encoding,languages
and then double-click the selected text to go to the "To correctly display Web pages encoded in any language" topic.
