Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

Cause

This issue occurs because the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\ExtendedLocale" registry subkey is removed when the LPRemove task runs. This causes the EnumSystemLocalesEx function to execute incorrectly. Therefore, the application crashes.
