This article describes the Dynamic Update for Windows Technical Preview (KB3036963). This update will be offered to users trying to upgrade from Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 to build 9926 of Windows 10 Technical Preview. This update blocks an incompatible display adapter driver from migrating during setup, and installs the corresponding new driver for Windows 10 Technical Preview when setup is complete.
