Symptoms
After you install Rollup 8 version 2 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3 (SP3), you cannot move some mailboxes by using the New-MoveRequest cmdlet. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
MapiExceptionNoAccess: Unable to query table rows.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install Update Rollup 10 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3.
Workaround
To work around this problem, export the mailboxes that cannot be moved.
