MORE INFORMATION Office programs use an enhanced version of the common Microsoft Windows Open dialog box. This is because Office resiliency includes information about general population of the user interface and its functionality. When you open or save a file in an Office program, a general configuration test pass verifies various parts of the program and its components. Based on this test pass, Office resiliency confirms the availability of network connections as supported networks because these connections may be needed to retrieve files and registry settings.
