Issues that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

You use Microsoft Office Input Method Editor (IME) 2007 to input Japanese characters in a 2007 Microsoft Office program. If you then convert the characters to kanji characters, the conversion of the characters may take longer than in earlier versions of IME.
You start the computer from hibernation. Then, you use Microsoft Office Input Method Editor (IME) 2007 to input Japanese characters in a 2007 Microsoft Office program. If you then try to convert the characters to kanji characters, the characters cannot be converted.
