0x80200010 CAUSEThis issue occurs if the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) service does not receive a content link header. This issue can also occur if you are currently using a proxy that does not support the HTTP/1.1 protocol. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, follow these steps.
