Symptom
After you install the February 24, 2009 Cumulative Update for Outlook 2007 (article 961752) you see the following text in the InfoBar of messages in the Junk E-mail folder: “This message was marked as spam using the Outlook Junk E-mail filter" - or- "This message was marked as spam using a junk filter other than the Outlook Junk E-mail filter"
Cause
The February 24, 2009 Cumulative Update for Outlook 2007 added new Outlook functionality so you have a better understanding on how messages are moved to your Junk E-mail folder.
Resolution
There are two basic ways for an e-mail message to end up in your Junk E-mail folder; either the junk e-mail filter in Outlook moved it there, or another application (for example, a rule, Microsoft Exchange or a 3rd party antispam product) moved it.http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;961752 968009 Outlook 2007 improvements in the February 2009 cumulative updatehttp://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;968009
If the Outlook junk e-mail filter moved the message to the Junk E-mail folder then the InfoBar message on the item will include the following text: “This message was marked as spam using the Outlook Junk E-mail filter" If something other than Outlook’s junk e-mail filter moved the message to the Junk E-mail folder then the InfoBar message on the item will include the following text: "This message was marked as spam using a junk filter other than the Outlook Junk E-mail filter" For additional information on the February 24, 2009 Cumulative Update for Outlook 2007, please see the following articles in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 961752 Description of the Outlook 2007 hotfix package (Outlook.msp): February 24, 2009DISCLAIMER
