If the problem continues, click below to get help.” You may also receive this message if you try starting the Windows Live OneCare services: “Windows could not start the Windows Live OneCare service on Local computer.
Error 1150: The specified program requires a new version of Windows.”
CauseWindows Live OneCare is not compatible with Windows 7.The messages listed in the "Symptoms" section can occur if Windows Live OneCare is running during the upgrade to Windows 7, or they can occur after you restart the computer.
ResolutionTo successfully upgrade to Window 7 you must uninstall Windows Live OneCare.

To resolve the issue uninstall Windows Live OneCare from Add/Remove programs. If you cannot uninstall OneCare, you must download and run the OneCare cleanup utility. To do this, follow these steps:
