CAUSEThis problem occurs because the ItemProcSearch search folder does not receive notifications that indicate new e-mail messages have arrived, and the e-mail messages are flagged as hidden. Therefore, the e-mail messages are never processed. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, follow these steps:
