When you try to start Microsoft Excel, the splash screen intermittently stays open longer than usual when the following content is displayed: Loading Add-ins (<x> of <y>) PowerPivot for Excel Note<x> represents the number that represents the order in which PowerPivot is displayed among the Excel add-ins. <y> represents the total number of add-ins in Excel. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that this article describes.
