在執行 Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2)、Windows Server 2008 或 Windows Server 2008 R2 的電腦上，終端機服務授權 (TS 授權) 伺服器或遠端桌面授權 (RD 授權) 伺服器變成停用狀態，而且只能核發臨時授權。

此外，下列事件類似系統記錄檔中記錄的事件：

描述：
在伺服器電腦名稱上，有一個以上的終端機服務授權憑證已毀損。在伺服器重新啟用前，終端機服務授權只能核發臨時授權。如需詳細資訊，請參閱終端機服務授權的說明主題。


在記錄下包含有事件識別碼 17 的事件後，除重新啟動外，任何使用 Microsoft Clearinghouse 的動作都會導致下列錯誤發生。此錯誤遭記錄後，如果伺服器已連線至網際網路，而且連線方式是設定為 [自動] 的話，TS 授權伺服器或 RD 授權伺服器將會停用。
RD 授權管理員會發生來自授權伺服器的內部錯誤。訊息編號：0xc0110011
此外，事件記錄檔項目會指出包含有 Microsoft Clearinghouse 核發憑證的 TS 授權伺服器或 RD 授權伺服器，其中的憑證存放區已毀損。這些事件記錄檔項目遭記錄後，TS 授權或 RD 授權伺服器可能會停用，下列含有事件識別碼 38 的事件會記錄在事件記錄檔之中：

發生的原因

這個問題發生的原因是因為數位憑證鏈結之一的憑證已到期。

使用自動連線方法啟用 TS 授權伺服器或 RD 授權伺服器時，Microsoft Clearinghouse 會傳送數位憑證鏈結給伺服器，驗證伺服器的擁有權和身分識別。在 2010 年 2 月 26 日，此數位憑證鏈結之一的憑證已到期。然而，TS 授權伺服器或 RD 授權伺服器將到期的憑證解譯為已毀損的憑證。因此，含有事件識別碼 17 的事件便遭記錄下來。

解決方案

如果要解決這個問題，在有問題的 TS 授權伺服器或有問題的 RD 授權伺服器上，套用此 Hotfix。接著，重新啟用該 TS 授權伺服器或該 RD 授權伺服器。

注意安裝此 Hotfix 後，含有事件識別碼 46 的警告事件會記錄在事件日誌中。此事件會要求系統管理員重新啟用 TS 授權伺服器或 RD 授權伺服器。
