Sign in to your accounts using the Microsoft Authenticator app
Open the Microsoft Authenticator app, go to your work or school account, and turn on phone sign-in. When you tap on the account tile, you see a full screen view of the account. If you see Phone sign-in enabled that means you are fully set up to sign in without your password.
Create an email signature from a template - Microsoft Support
Select all the elements of the signature, right-click and choose Copy. On the Message tab, in the Include group, select Signature > Signatures. Choose New and type a name for your signature. For example: "Business" or "Personal". In the Edit signature field, right-click and select Paste. Your signature is now displayed in the field.

Import email, contacts, and calendar from an Outlook .pst file
Select Import from another program or file, and then click Next. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next. Browse to the .pst file you want to import. Under Options, choose how you want to deal with emails and contacts, then choose Next. If a password was assigned to the Outlook Data File (.pst), enter the password, and then click OK.
