Summary
Microsoft was notified that the end date for the observation of daylight savings time (DST) in the West Bank and Gaza regions for 2016 was moved from October 20 to October 29. We expect the end date to remain the fourth Saturday of October until further notice. This change affects the following time zone.

Prerequisites
To apply this update, you must have the April 2014 update rollup for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 (2919355) installed on Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2. Or, install Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2. Or, install Service Pack 2 for Windows Vista and for Windows Server 2008. There are no prerequisites to install this update on Windows Server 2012.
