Symptoms
When you have a module (such as stored procedure) that has a query that uses table variables in SQL Server 2019, you might not retrieve column dependencies for that module with sys.dm_sql_referenced_entities.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

This issue is fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server:

Workaround
To work around the issue, you can use compatibility level of 140.
