يحتوي كل وحدة CU جديدة على جميع الإصلاحات التي تم تضمينها مع CU السابق للإصدار/حزمة الخدمة المثبتة من SQL Server.
توصي Microsoft بالتثبيت المستمر والاستباقي لوحدات CUs عند توفرها:
- يتم اعتماد وحدات CUs SQL Server إلى نفس مستويات حزم الخدمة، ويجب تثبيتها على نفس مستوى الثقة.
- تظهر البيانات التاريخية أن عددا كبيرا من حالات الدعم تتضمن مشكلة تمت معالجتها بالفعل في وحدة CU تم إصدارها.
