You can use a polling add-in to create polls and quizzes.

  1. Select the Insert tab, then select Forms.

  2. In the Forms pane that opens, click + New Form to create a new poll. This action opens Microsoft Forms in your web browser. Follow the prompts there to create your poll questions. 

  3. Once you have created your poll, return to your presentation. The poll is now listed in the Forms pane. Select Insert poll button in Forms Insert next to your poll name to add it to the current slide.

Note:  Forms is an add-in that is only available for Microsoft work or school accounts. If you have are using a work or school account, but don't see Forms on the Insert tab of the ribbon, you can add it. See Install an add-in for details.

  2. Type poll in the search box, then select  Button used in Get Add-ins to search for add-ins.

  3. Choose a polling add-in, then select Add.

  4. Accept the terms of service and select Continue
