Increase or decrease a list level

1. In a bulleted or numbered list, select the item or items whose level you want to change.

2. On the Home tab, select  Increase list level, or  Decrease list level.

Tip: When working on a list, you can also use Tab or Shift-Tab to increase or decrease the list level.
