Select the File tab and select Export.

Under Export Current, select Page, Section, or Notebook.

Under Select Format, choose PDF (*.pdf) and select Export.

Choose a location and select Save.

To export a page to PDF, on the File tab, select Print, and then choose Print again.

In the Printer list, select Save as PDF.

Exporting a section or an entire notebook isn't currently possible in OneNote for the web. You can, however, export a notebook in the OneNote desktop app.

To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select Editing > Open in Desktop App.

To export a page to PDF, open the File menu and choose Save as PDF.

To send a page as a PDF, open the File menu, select Share and choose Send Page as PDF.
