From the
 Calendar of classic Outlook, select New Meeting or New Teams Meeting. -
Add a title and start and end times for your meeting.

In the Required box, select the Scheduling Assistant tab to add required attendees and check their schedules.

Select Send to deliver the invitation.

From the
 Calendar of new Outlook, select New Event. -
Add a title for your meeting.

SelectÂ
 Invite attendees, then enter names of individuals to invite to the meeting. -
Select a suggested time slot for the meeting, or manually enter a date and start and end times.

Enter a meeting location, and Slide the Teams meeting toggle left or right as appropriate:

Select Send to deliver the invitation.

Select the
 Calendar in Outlook for Mac, then on the Home tab, select Meeting. -
In the To box, add the people you want to invite.

Add a subject for the meeting, then add other details in the description pane at the bottom.

Select Scheduling to see when your invitees' schedules are open for a meeting.

Select Send to deliver the invitation.

From the
calendar, select New Event. -
In the To box, add the people you want to invite. Then select Scheduling to see when their schedules are open for a meeting.

Add a title, date, and start and end times for your meeting.

Select the Add required people box, then select the Scheduling Assistant tab to add required attendees and check their schedules.

Select Send to email the meeting proposal.
