  1. From the outlook calendar icon Calendar of classic Outlook, select New Meeting or New Teams Meeting.

  2. Add a title and start and end times for your meeting.

  3. In the Required box, select the Scheduling Assistant tab to add required attendees and check their schedules.

  4. Select Send to deliver the invitation.
