Microsoft distributes Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (SP1) fixes in one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security updates that were included with the previous SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (SP1) update release.
Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:
-
You have a report that has at least one toggle item in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services (SSRS 2008 R2).
-
You preview the report in Microsoft Report Designer or view the report from Report Manager.
In this scenario, the report is not paginated and therefore the whole report is displayed on one page. Additionally, slow performance may occur while the report is loaded or when you try to expand the toggle item.
Cause
This issue occurs because of incorrect pagination logic in SSRS 2008 R2.
