Summary in Dragon Copilot (radiologists)
The Summary tab in Microsoft Dragon Copilot automatically surfaces prior report summaries and referenced priors when you open an exam in PowerScribe One. This feature helps you begin interpretation efficiently. You see a summary based on the patient's prior reports that highlights information relevant to the current case, as well as the full list of the patient’s prior reports from your PowerScribe One database.
Summary saves you time by presenting the most relevant history upfront. Whether you're evaluating complex cases or managing high‑volume workflows, PRS and referenced priors reduce cognitive load and support fast, accurate decision‑making across complex cases and high‑volume workflows.
Prior reports summary (PRS)
When you open an exam in PowerScribe One, an AI‑generated summary of the patient’s prior reports appears alongside your report. It surfaces the most relevant history and guides deeper review of priors as you begin the interpretation.
PRS displays the following key points:
- History + Reason for exam
A concise and coherent narrative of the patient's history relevant to the current radiology study. - Acute + relevant findings
Pertinent or acute findings on most recent relevant reports that explicitly or implicitly call out for follow-up. - Chronic + incidental findings
Stable and non-changing findings that are relevant to the current radiology study, including implants, anatomic changes and other chronic or unlikely to resolve conditions.
Select a face emoji to indicate quality of information provided in PRS.
- Use smiley face for acceptable.
- Use neutral face for needs minor improvement.
- Use frowning face for unacceptable.
